Assistant to Vice President Retail Offline

What you will do

• Support the Vice President of Retail with daily administrative and organizational tasks related to brand flagship stores.
• Monitor flagship store projects and retail initiatives across global markets, highlighting deviations and risks.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions for retail leadership meetings.
• Coordinate communication between flagship stores, headquarters, and cross-functional teams.
• Support premium consumer experience standards in flagship stores and track retail KPIs, store performance, and project timelines.
• Manage travel planning, calendars, and communications for retail activities.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration or comparable commercial training.
• Initial experience as an executive assistant, team assistant, or in retail operations or coordination within a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, proactive, well-organized approach and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German required.
