What you will do
- Manage office operations, including incoming and outgoing mail and workplace organisation.
- Plan and coordinate team gatherings and events.
- Support onboarding and offboarding for team members.
- Process invoices and provide required information to the tax advisor.
- Support the commercial team with data maintenance, client and partner gifts, and ad-hoc research.
- Assist with active candidate sourcing and recruiting communication.
Requirements
- Take ownership of responsibilities and proactively solve administrative challenges.
- Stay calm and focused under pressure while managing tight deadlines.
- Work accurately, systematically, and with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent German and English communication skills are required.
- First experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
