Junior Sales B2C

What you will do

• Support the sales team with daily tasks and manage the sales cycle from lead reception to closing.
• Convert leads into customers and negotiate with prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries about new and existing reservations.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable rental solutions.
• Provide personalized support throughout the booking process and maintain clear client communication.
• Draft rental agreements and provide administrative support to the Demand team.

Requirements

• Experience with a hospitality company and guest services.
• Experience managing customer communications and relationships.
• English at C1 level and Spanish at C1 level.
• Flexibility, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity and change.
• Confidence working in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a startup environment.
