Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (4 days in-office required)

What you will do
- Partner with international sales teams to reach out and convert inbound leads.
- Engage in consultative sales processes to identify and address prospect needs.
- Educate potential customers on the unique value proposition of the AI platform.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments to optimize the sales pipeline.
- Manage and track lead information efficiently using HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Business fluency in English is required.
- Prior experience in sales and a passion for a career in tech sales.
- Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
- Strong active listening and empathetic communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be able to work from the Barcelona office 4 days per week.
