TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain (4 days in-office required)

What you will do

  • Partner with international sales teams to reach out and convert inbound leads.
  • Engage in consultative sales processes to identify and address prospect needs.
  • Educate potential customers on the unique value proposition of the AI platform.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments to optimize the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and track lead information efficiently using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in English is required.
  • Prior experience in sales and a passion for a career in tech sales.
  • Proactive, target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Strong active listening and empathetic communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be able to work from the Barcelona office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
