Partner Sales Manager DACH (SaaS)

What you will do

• Scale partner recruitment and partner sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Manage a portfolio of existing hirify.global partners.
• Recruit and onboard new strategic partners.
• Identify new sales channels and revenue opportunities.
• Develop creative, targeted approaches to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Fluent German and English in a business setting.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
• Solid experience selling SaaS products.
• Independent, confident, creative, and hands-on working style.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade partners and stakeholders.
