Product Manager - Agile Scrum Master

Location: Washington, DC, United States; hybrid with two days per week on the client site required.

What you will do

• Own product roadmaps balancing mission needs, cybersecurity, technical debt, enterprise architecture, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate delivery across development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative releases.
• Serve as the primary liaison to governance bodies and prepare status reports, performance metrics, business cases, and decision-ready options.
• Translate mission needs into product strategies, release plans, measurable outcomes, and adoption initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, analytics, user feedback, and change-management practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business or technical analysis experience leading end-to-end product delivery across multiple releases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Required CSM Agile Scrum or SAFe certification.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise-level dependencies in agile or hybrid SDLC environments.
• Experience supporting federal or regulated programs where documentation, compliance, and auditability are essential.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust government clearance are required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent training.
• Experience preparing governance artifacts, tradeoff analyses, and performance dashboards.
• Experience aligning product decisions with CIO-level modernization standards and enterprise architecture principles.
