Technology Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Based at the Radnor, Pennsylvania office with a flexible hybrid work model. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

What you will do

• Own delivery governance for assigned technology initiatives across cloud, SaaS, AI, and automation.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Data, Service, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain initiative plans, Agile backlogs, delivery work items, dependencies, risks, blockers, decisions, and release milestones in Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, estimation, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Use delivery metrics including velocity, predictability, cycle time, throughput, WIP, blocker ageing, and defect trends to provide delivery confidence.
• Prepare governance updates, decision papers, escalation summaries, dashboards, and delivery reporting for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery leadership, preferably in complex and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid, or scaled Agile delivery methods.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for backlogs, boards, sprints, dependencies, and reporting.
• Experience managing delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency registers, milestone views, governance materials, and executive-level updates.
• Understanding of DevOps connections to GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, release management, test automation, environments, and operational readiness.
• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated financial services, enterprise technology delivery, or complex client-facing technology change.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
