Strategy and Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead AI transformation engagements with strategic customers, collaborating with senior executives to define AI-native operating models.
• Build transformation roadmaps targeting ambitious automation goals and required initiatives.
• Own end-to-end execution from strategy development to initiative launch and results measurement.
• Develop new transformation capabilities and consulting practices for AI adoption and operating model redesign.
• Execute strategic initiatives from the Chief Strategy Officer’s office to influence company growth and product strategy.
• Create programs and playbooks to accelerate industry-wide AI transformation.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in management consulting or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups
• Strong analytical and data-driven strategic decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities
• Proven ownership and autonomy in fast-paced environments
• Execution-oriented problem solver with a high-standards mindset
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week
