Director of Strategy and Operations (AI)

Location: New York City, United States — hybrid

Annual base salary: $180,000–$250,000 USD, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define strategic direction and drive execution against company priorities.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on growth opportunities, priorities, and decision-making.
• Track key business metrics and use data and analysis to support executive decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Build enablement systems, content, training, and field reinforcement for go-to-market teams.
• Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience leading strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution at a senior level.
• Ability to align multiple departments around company goals and oversee strategic planning.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making with business metrics, data, and analysis.
• Ability to build shared go-to-market playbooks and enablement programs for complex technical deals.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data platforms, MLOps, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building enablement programs from scratch at a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Force Management, or similar methodologies.
• Experience supporting partner, channel, or solutions engineering enablement.
