Founder’s Office (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $150K–$225K per year, plus equity

hirify.global builds an AI front office for independent provider groups, using AI to improve patient and provider communication, care delivery, and operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Partner with founders and leadership on company strategy, operational scaling, product direction, hiring, and priority initiatives.
• Lead critical strategic projects from 0 to 1, including partnership initiatives.
• Support customer, go-to-market, expansion, and partnership discussions.
• Scale planning and execution processes, including leadership reviews, strategic planning, all-hands meetings, board preparation, and internal communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional work, alignment, context sharing, and company culture initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in high-performance environments such as banking, consulting, or investing.
• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth startup or VC firm.
• Experience leading multiple complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication, alignment, and execution skills.
• Ability to work proactively and effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous, and unstructured environments.
