2nd Shift Inventory Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, United States; onsite at the Playa Vista office. Second shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; Friday, 11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.

Salary: $28–$44 per hour, plus equity.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, verify, and store inbound materials, parts, hardware, and assemblies.
• Pick and kit complete component sets for production and move materials to manufacturing lines.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory records, including quantities, locations, lot numbers, serial numbers, and revisions.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy metrics and initiatives.
• Monitor shelf life, apply stock rotation, and maintain strict material traceability.
• Keep the work area organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled information.
• 5+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and understanding of inventory, kitting, and material-flow processes.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform standing, bending, climbing, pulling, pushing, grasping, and carrying activities.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
