Warehouse Specialist (Inventory/ERP/WMS)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory data in ERP and WMS systems.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform cycle counts and reconciliations, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage incoming deliveries, documentation, receiving inspections, part traceability, and shipment discrepancy checks.
• Coordinate local and international shipping, including packing, labeling, scheduling, returns, and customs clearance.
• Train end users on inventory, ERP, and shipping and receiving processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to improve workflows, stock levels, and warehouse organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and WMS systems such as SAP, Jira, or Manufacturo.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google tools, and data analysis for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced defense startup environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; the role may involve access to technology controlled under U.S. export control laws, including EAR and ITAR.

Nice to have

• Inventory management or ERP certification, such as CPIM or CSCP.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement frameworks.
• Knowledge of FIFO, cycle counting, ITAR, FAR, DFARS, and government contract requirements.
