What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across engineering, data engineering, product, and other technical and non-technical functions.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through varied channels, adapting the approach to each role and function.
• Screen candidates efficiently while maintaining a high-quality talent bar.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and prioritize them according to business needs.
• Improve recruiting processes and tooling proactively.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple technology areas, including engineering, data, or infrastructure, as well as non-technical functions when needed.
• Track record of moving quickly and closing roles efficiently in ambiguous situations.
• Resourceful, ownership-oriented problem-solving approach.
• Ability to learn new domains, teams, and hiring requirements quickly.
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment when working with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to build structure and process while operating at startup speed.
