Technical Recruiter

hirify.global is a fast-growing AI company in the life sciences sector, building a commercial engine to accelerate pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, data, and product teams.
• Partner with founders and engineering leaders to define role requirements and establish a high technical hiring bar.
• Build and manage a deep pipeline of technical talent through proactive sourcing and referrals.
• Design and implement a structured, consistent technical interview process that scales.
• Manage recruiting operations, including ATS hygiene, interviewer training, and process documentation.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure new technical hires ramp up effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles.
• Proven track record of owning full-cycle recruiting and closing competitive candidates in high-growth environments.
• Strong technical sourcing skills and the ability to engage senior engineers and technical leaders.
• Experience defining and calibrating hiring bars in collaboration with engineering managers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders and individual contributors.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup.

Nice to have

• Prior experience recruiting for AI/ML, infrastructure, or applied research roles.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or B2B SaaS companies.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
• Experience scaling a technical team from seed to Series A or beyond.
