Telesales Agent - Outbound (Sales)

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on leads, build a client pipeline, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Provide tailored customer support, handle inquiries and complaints, and assist with post-sales needs while collaborating with the purchase team.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals in a high-pressure telesales environment.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, CRM systems, negotiation, and objection handling.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong time management, multitasking, teamwork, resilience, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
