Senior Director, Product Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the multi-year strategy and P&L for the money-in business, including product roadmap and revenue targets.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with processors, issuing banks, and lending partners.
• Drive commercial activation and GTM motions in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Make strategic build vs. buy vs. partner decisions to expand product capabilities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across operations, finance, and product teams.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements are integrated into all product decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of deep domain expertise in payments, consumer financing, or embedded finance.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership with direct revenue and margin accountability.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with financial institutions or processors.
• Strong operator instincts with experience building GTM and activation models.
• Ability to operate at the executive level and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
