Business Card Product Director (Fintech)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States. Workplace type: Office; specific work arrangements are determined by the hiring team.

Annual salary: $200,000–$250,000, plus eligibility for incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the business credit card portfolio strategy, roadmap, targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Oversee development of business credit card and expense management products, features, and benefits.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty programs, promotions, and digital engagement initiatives.
• Manage credit, fraud, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and portfolio performance.
• Lead and develop product managers while coordinating with marketing, analytics, technology, sales, credit risk, and other partners.
• Manage external relationships with payment networks, fintech companies, vendors, and credit bureaus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of credit card oversight and experience.
• Experience working with third-party credit card partners.
• Experience in product development, business case development, strategic planning, project management, and tactical implementation.
• Strong knowledge of business credit cards, financial services, credit risk, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, team management, strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with business credit card products and mobile banking applications.
• Knowledge of fintech and payments trends, machine learning or AI applications in credit risk, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of the CARD Act, Dodd-Frank, and CFPB guidelines.
