Business Card Product Director (Fintech)

Location: Columbus, OH; office workplace

Salary: $155,000–$255,000 annual base salary, plus applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead business credit card portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee development of business credit card, expense management, mobile banking, and customer experience features.
• Develop customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and promotional strategies with marketing, sales, analytics, technology, and credit risk partners.
• Manage credit, fraud, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and portfolio performance.
• Lead and develop product managers and report financial results and strategic initiatives to senior management.
• Build relationships and negotiate with payment networks, fintech companies, vendors, and credit bureaus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of credit card oversight and related experience.
• Experience working with third-party credit card partners.
• Experience in product development, business case development, strategic planning, project management, and tactical implementation.
• Strong knowledge of business credit cards, financial products, credit risk, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with business credit card products and mobile banking applications.
• Knowledge of fintech and payments trends, including AI or machine learning applications in credit risk management.
• Knowledge of CARD Act, Dodd-Frank, and CFPB requirements.
