Senior Director of Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States

Base pay range: $196,700–$382,690 USD annually, depending on the defined U.S. geographic market. The role may also include variable compensation and/or equity.

What you will do

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps for a significant enterprise security product portfolio.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management organization.
• Partner with Engineering to prioritize investments and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations around delivery and adoption.
• Engage customers, prospects, analysts, and strategic partners to validate product direction and identify market opportunities.
• Establish product success metrics and lead portfolio planning, roadmap communication, and executive reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including enterprise software leadership from strategy through execution.
• Several years of experience managing Product Managers and organizational leaders.
• Proven experience defining and executing strategy for complex enterprise software or cybersecurity products.
• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including representing products to customers, partners, analysts, and industry audiences.
