Senior Director, Product Management – Data Security (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, USA - Austin, TX

Salary: $235,000–$350,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and vision for the data security portfolio.
• Lead and mentor senior product managers while building a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Align Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver products at scale.
• Influence C-suite and senior leaders to secure strategic alignment and investment.
• Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into differentiated product strategies.
• Partner with go-to-market leadership on product launches that drive revenue and market share.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in data security, cloud security, or adjacent markets.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex product portfolios in high-growth enterprise environments.
• Experience building and scaling global product teams and managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Fluency in data security, cloud architectures, and emerging AI-driven security trends.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, articulate complex concepts, drive organizational change, and use AI technologies to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
