Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: On-site in Warsaw

hirify.global is a fast-growing startup currently scaling from 40 to 100 employees, building products with strong market demand.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment funnel for all GTM, Ops, and Product roles.
• Manage agency relationships, setting a high bar for performance and candidate quality.
• Build and optimize the recruitment system, including sourcing channels, Ashby pipeline hygiene, and structured scorecards.
• Use AI agents and LLMs to automate sourcing, drafting, and operational tasks.
• Instrument the funnel with data to report on conversion rates, time-to-offer, and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning roles end-to-end in-house and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience hiring across both go-to-market (sales, marketing, creative) and technical (engineers, product) lanes.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Warsaw.
• AI-native mindset with practical experience using agents and LLMs for recruitment automation.
• Experience as the first recruiter at a startup, building functions from scratch.
• Proficiency with Ashby or ability to learn new tools rapidly.
