Principal Engineer, Equipment Engineering (Lithography)

What you will do

• Maintain and support equipment readiness through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and tool support.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Act as machine owner for assigned tools, ensuring stability, overall performance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects, including cost-reduction initiatives, vendor-support optimization, and recurring-failure elimination.
• Enforce 6S workplace organization, standardization, audit readiness, and safe custody of tools and equipment.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and collaborate on related projects and assignments.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a semiconductor company.
• Specialized knowledge, imaginative thinking, and sophisticated analytical techniques.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, technical analysis, and improvement activities.

Nice to have

• Photolithography equipment experience.
