Customer Engineer (New College Graduates) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior field service engineers and technicians to install, integrate, test, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Communicate directly with customers and coordinate service activities.
• Work in clean-room and customer-site environments while following safety and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• Degree, military technical training, field service internship or experience, or trade certification.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience diagnosing basic technical challenges and mechanical aptitude in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters.
• Written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport if travel is required, and ability to meet onsite, physical, safety, and environmental requirements.
