Manager, Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Travel required 50% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Materials engineering company designing, building, and servicing equipment used to manufacture semiconductor chips and advanced displays.

What you will do

• Act as the liaison between customers and the business unit for assigned projects.
• Manage process support engineers providing on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Work with customers to optimize tool performance for process and integration requirements.
• Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
• Direct the training and certification of junior process support engineers and instruct engineers and customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of at least three processes across one or more technologies.
• Ability to analyze situations and data by reviewing relevant factors.
• Ability to provide direction to employees within established policies and management guidance.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and policies.
• Ability to gain cooperation and present technical information related to projects and schedules.
• Understanding of and compliance with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct.
