Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Define and adjust pricing strategies across markets by analyzing demand trends and competitive benchmarks.
- Support the Sales team with quotations and discount negotiations to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Evaluate new apartment acquisition opportunities for the Investment Committee through revenue potential analysis.
- Build and maintain complex pricing and revenue models to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis on performance to identify risks and pricing opportunities.
- Prepare clear reports for leadership to support strategic commercial decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial/financial analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build robust models and work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Omni, QlikView, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or mid-term rental sectors is highly preferred.
- Must have the right to work in Spain.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under time pressure.
