FP&A Manager (B2B SaaS)

What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the company-wide financial model covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount planning.
• Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including budget variance and reforecast analysis.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses for revenue segmentation, cohorts, pricing, hiring, operating expenses, and international expansion.
• Own the KPI framework and develop management dashboards with the Business Systems team.
• Partner with department heads and commercial leads on budgets, headcount, spending, and goal steering.
• Coordinate the month-end close process with the external accounting firm and support investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scale-up.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising support.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and dashboards such as ChartMogul, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial data to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous investment banking or venture capital analyst experience.
• Experience with multi-entity structures or the US business context.
• Python or SQL skills for querying data from other systems.
