Chief of Staff to the CEO (AI Security)

hirify.global is building AI-powered intelligence to detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities, including zero-day vulnerabilities across customer codebases and open-source software.

What you will do

• Advise and support the CEO by turning priorities into OKRs, board materials, investor updates, and decision memos.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including competitive analysis, AI automation efforts, and strategic analyses.
• Own the operating cadence across leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles.
• Build integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM.
• Represent the CEO in communication with functional leads, customers, board members, and investors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across strategy consulting, banking, private equity, or operating roles at a scaling startup.
• Bachelor's degree from a top university.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve unstructured problems, and drive outcomes independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication, judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution while working effectively with Engineering, Finance, and GTM.
• Direct startup experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience at a high-growth or early-stage company.
