Frontline Strategist (Product Manager)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with hybrid opportunities in New York, Seattle, and Toronto

Salary: $190,000–$200,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Work alongside Frontline Engineers and enterprise customers to understand workflows, data, constraints, and product gaps.
• Lead discovery and scoping conversations with customer stakeholders, including engagements without fully defined briefs.
• Define and prioritize custom integrations, workflow tooling, and customer-specific product extensions.
• Drive rapid prototyping cycles, gather customer feedback, and translate field patterns into product direction.
• Establish operating practices for scoping, handing off, tracking, and closing FDE engagements.
• Align engineering, core product, go-to-market, customer support, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a highly consultative customer-facing role.
• Direct experience working with external customers or clients to define and deliver solutions.
• Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity and scope work from incomplete briefs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both executive stakeholders and engineers.
• Strong prioritization skills, including distinguishing customer requests from underlying needs.
• High agency, resilience, conviction, ownership, and commitment to the team and mission.
