Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site

Salary: $175K–$225K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Define and drive feature development across customer-facing screens and technical backend data infrastructure.
• Shape and maintain the product roadmap with the Chief Product Officer and product team.
• Interview customers, identify pain points, and translate insights into product solutions.
• Build and analyze product metrics to evaluate customer outcomes and product performance.
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and go-to-market teams on high-impact launches.
• Support customer implementations, quality assurance, technical analysis, and other activities required for product success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience or completion of an APM program at a top company.
• Experience building high-quality products, ideally in early-stage companies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate customer and product challenges.
• Technical fluency, including prototyping product concepts and estimating technical projects.
• Passion for AI and comfort working with technical tools and terminal-based workflows.
• Availability to work on-site in New York City.
