Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York

Salary: $256,000–$308,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Signal, hirify.global’s Organizational Intelligence Platform.
• Turn raw time data into actionable insights, including write-off detection, velocity analysis, outcome measurement, and tool-usage patterns.
• Partner with Data Science on analysis, model development, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Work with Design to create intuitive, decision-grade dashboards and workflows.
• Conduct discovery with leaders, administrators, and practitioners across legal, accounting, and consulting firms.
• Partner with go-to-market teams to establish Signal’s positioning and scale enterprise adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years building data or analytics products.
• Experience designing for complex systems and messy datasets.
• Experience shaping 0-to-1 product areas and bringing them to market.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-powered product development, particularly insight generation.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients and C-suite or COO/CFO-level stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise or sales-led go-to-market motions.
