Director of Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States

Base salary: $213,600–$313,280 per year for the SF Bay Area market; additional ranges may apply by U.S. geographic market.

What you will do

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for a key enterprise security product area.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers while strengthening product practices and accountability.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade capabilities.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on launches, adoption, and growth.
• Engage customers, prospects, partners, analysts, and senior stakeholders to validate direction and identify opportunities.
• Use customer feedback, market trends, competitive insights, product analytics, and business metrics to guide roadmap and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including enterprise software product leadership.
• 3+ years managing Product Managers.
• Proven experience with complex enterprise software or cybersecurity products from strategy and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Strong strategic judgment, analytical skills, communication abilities, and experience influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, buying processes, and administrative workflows.
