What you will do

• Verify customer information and real estate property details.
• Enter tax rates, property addresses, owner information, and other data from government websites.
• File documents with tax assessment offices according to tight schedules.
• Coordinate with government counterparts and the Operations team to submit property tax appeals on time.
• Build knowledge of real estate and property tax systems.
• Develop and share best practices that improve operational quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
• Ability and desire to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer support role.
