Seniorr Manager, Collaboration and Digital Experience

Location: Hybrid role based in Florham Park, New Jersey, USA. The position requires occasional after-hours work and travel.

Salary: $136,600–$195,300 USD per annum.

What you will do

• Own the collaboration strategy for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, messaging, and the broader digital workplace experience.
• Lead migration from legacy file servers to SharePoint, including user training, adoption programs, analytics, and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage the end-user AI and automation strategy, including Copilot rollout, workflow automation, training, communications, and adoption measurement.
• Set strategy for laptops, mobile devices, endpoints, provisioning, BYOD, lifecycle management, refresh cycles, and device spend.
• Oversee unified communications, telephony, mobility, disaster recovery, high availability, and integration with identity and security services.
• Manage direct reports, technical leads, vendors, governance, compliance, service management, and executive stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience with substantial depth in collaboration platforms, digital experience, and AI or automation.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot.
• Experience driving AI and Copilot adoption, setting device strategy, and managing endpoint technologies such as Intune or similar platforms.
• Leadership, project management, vendor management, executive communication, and direct people-management experience.
• Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications, UCaaS platforms, telephony, mobility, ITIL, governance, and security requirements including HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, ITIL Foundation certification, or experience with PowerShell and adoption frameworks.
• Experience with Teams Calling, WebEx, Zoom, Telecom Expense Management, accessibility, and mobile security.
