Infrastructure Delivery Manager (EV Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid across Phoenix, Miami, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, United States. Travel up to 30% of the time. Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects from site feasibility through construction and operational launch.
• Manage multi-site deployments, schedules, risks, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee construction, permitting, zoning, municipal approvals, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with utilities and internal stakeholders to align power infrastructure timelines with project schedules.
• Control forecasts, budgets, claims, change orders, CapEx, environmental health and safety, and quality.
• Plan scalable infrastructure solutions for expansion into new markets and communicate progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical construction management or physical infrastructure development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-site infrastructure projects.
• Ability to review architectural and civil drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, change orders, and CapEx oversight.
• Experience with project scheduling, Critical Path Method schedules, utility processes, executive communication, and autonomous ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with EV charging, retail fueling or gas stations, renewables, data centers, or similar infrastructure.
