Manufacturing Operations Support

Location: US-VT-Winooski

Salary: $22.42–$35.04/hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Handle, receive, store, ship, and distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Assemble, fill, measure, mix, test, and verify products during manufacturing.
• Perform routine testing of assemblies and finished products, interpret results, and complete routine repairs.
• Inspect raw materials and in-process or finished products against quality and reliability standards.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing records and documentation.
• Enter data into or access information in the ERP system.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use basic power tools and work comfortably with hands in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to assemble small parts and components accurately.
• Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and assembly procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
