Mechanical Assembly

Mechanical Assembly (Manufacturing): Performs varied and general tasks in the manufacturing process including basic assembly, component installation, testing, inspecting, and advanced rack building with an accent on quality assurance, process improvement, and customer expectations. Focus on operating machinery and tools, auditing materials and builds, coordinating team tasks, and supporting training of new employees.

Location: Onsite with expectation to primarily work from an HPE office in Wisconsin, United States. Must be a US Citizen.

Salary: Hourly USD 16.44 - 34.81 (Wisconsin)

• Perform varied transactional manufacturing tasks using independent judgment.
• Execute process-oriented tasks like testing, inspecting, and advanced rack building following detailed documentation.
• Identify simple to complex areas for process improvement.
• Support training of new employees.
• Operate multiple machines, support quality assurance, and audit materials and builds.
• Coordinate tasks within a team and execute to customer expectations like CTO.

Requirements

• US Citizen required.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Fluency in English and local language.
• Very strong mathematics and reading comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated physical capability and manual dexterity.
• Strong written/verbal communication, teamwork, coordination, and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic computer software skills and technical knowledge specific to business function.
