Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience; equity offered

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computers.
• Develop and integrate AMO systems spanning lasers, optics, vacuum, electronics, software, and processor design.
• Work closely with quantum error correction and algorithms theory specialists.
• Lead the construction of complex AMO systems.
• Lead a team of engineering technicians.

Requirements

• Motivation to build a quantum computer.
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Experimental quantum science experience is desirable but not required.
• Applicants are considered at all experience levels, including post-bachelor's, master's, PhD, and beyond.
