Research Partnership Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own partnership delivery timelines, milestones, and cross-team accountabilities.
• Translate research-team and external-partner requirements into concrete delivery plans aligned with internal roadmaps.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for external partners across active engagements.
• Coordinate Product and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve bottlenecks between technical teams and partners.
• Maintain documentation, meeting hygiene, onboarding, execution standards, and a reliable source of truth for each partnership.
• Lead upfront diligence and ensure security requirements remain upheld throughout engagements.

Requirements

• Background in technical program management, research operations, or technical account management.
• Experience working in long-cycle R&D environments.
• Strong ability to organize people and processes and drive operational results.
• Sound interpersonal judgment and the ability to mediate between technical teams and external business stakeholders.
• Systems-thinking approach to building processes that prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.
• Ability to synthesize complex research blockers into actionable updates for commercialization leadership.
