PMO Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Caesarea or Ramat Gan, Israel, with up to two work-from-home days per week. Candidates based in Ramat Gan must travel to Caesarea once per week. The role requires coordination across US and Israel time zones.

What you will do

• Build and run program management governance across active initiatives, including planning, tracking, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies between Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams.
• Own customer onboarding from deal signature through go-live.
• Build dashboards and status reports used by leadership for decision-making.
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive them through resolution.
• Manage PMO tools and processes, including Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in a hi-tech company, software, SaaS, or hardware-software product organization.
• Experience in a Series A/B startup or another small, fast-moving team.
• Fluent English and Hebrew, with the ability to run meetings across US and Israel time zones.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Monday.
• Experience owning cross-functional programs end to end and building processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong structured communication skills, including translating technical detail into executive-ready updates.

Nice to have

• Experience with video, security, IoT, or AI/computer vision products.
• PMP certification.
• Previous experience in engineering, QA, or product management.
