PMO Manager (AI Video Security)

Location: Hybrid in Caesarea, Israel, with up to two work-from-home days per week; the role requires coordination across Israel and US time zones. Public transportation allowance is provided for train travel; no company vehicle or car allowance is included.

What you will do

• Build and run PMO governance across active initiatives, including planning, tracking, reporting, dashboards, and status updates.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies between Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams.
• Own customer onboarding from deal signature through go-live.
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive them through resolution.
• Facilitate operating rhythms, timezone handoffs, and collaboration between Israel R&D and US-based Product/GTM teams.
• Own and simplify PMO tools and processes such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, or equivalent as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience inside a hi-tech company, including software, SaaS, or hardware-software product organizations.
• Experience in a Series A/B startup or another small, fast-moving team.
• Fluent English and Hebrew, with comfort running syncs across US and Israel time zones.
• Deep hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and PM tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, or similar.
• Track record of owning cross-functional programs end to end, beyond tracking tickets.
• Structured communication skills and the ability to turn technical detail into executive-ready status updates.
• Successful experience building processes with internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with video, security, IoT, or AI/computer vision products.
• PMP certification.
• Previous experience as an engineer, QA professional, or product professional.
