Senior Customer Implementation Consultant

What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise software implementations from discovery through go-live as the primary strategic customer advisor.
• Analyze business processes, operational workflows, organizational structures, and technical requirements.
• Design scalable solutions and configure the hirify.global platform in line with implementation best practices.
• Facilitate customer workshops covering solution design, process mapping, governance, and change management.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Deliver administrator and business-user training and improve implementation methodologies, documentation, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations in customer-facing implementation, professional services, solution consulting, or technical consulting roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex software implementations involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and executive sponsors.
• Experience translating business, functional, and technical requirements into scalable software configurations.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to influence customer decisions and recommend best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and passion for technology, digital transformation, and customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational databases or SQL.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, SSO, HRIS platforms, or enterprise system architecture.
• Experience implementing retail operations, workforce management, learning, communications, or workflow platforms.
• Background in enterprise software consulting, professional services, or digital transformation consulting.
