What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of the UWC product line from inception to delivery.
• Gather business and functional requirements and coordinate technical requests to support client initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert and primary contact for key clients, managing complex technical needs.
• Triage and resolve technical issues, providing escalation support for the client services team.
• Coordinate change control activities and document client workflows for implementation projects.
• Collaborate with product management and technical teams to incorporate client feedback into the roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in client-facing implementation or delivery roles.
• Proficiency in software configuration and implementation techniques.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and APIs (XML, JSON).
• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Background in the Insurance and Geo Spatial domains.
• Knowledge of Insurance Underwriting.
