What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with global recruitment agencies to increase student enrollments.
• Act as the primary partner contact, providing advisory and operational support.
• Develop partner activation plans, including visits, training sessions, marketing campaigns, and student events.
• Monitor partner performance through CRM analytics and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure partners adopt hirify.global’s digital tools and workflows while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, and finance teams to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful partner or account management experience in study abroad or international education.
• Deep understanding of Canadian admissions, visa requirements, and student recruitment cycles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into action, stay organized, and follow through on details.
• Professional integrity when handling confidential information.
