TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise Expansion (Ecommerce/AI): Managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts for hirify.global' unified AI agent platform, driving growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling in conversational commerce. Accent on identifying and executing upsell/cross-sell opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Focus on understanding complex business environments, delivering tailored solutions, and leveraging data for growth with largest global customers.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada. This role involves supporting West Coast customers, and offers up to 6 weeks full remote per year, requiring time zone flexibility.

Compensation: CA$160,000–CA$177,000 OTE (CAD)

hirify.global is building a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey to make conversational commerce real in ecommerce.

What you will do

  • Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strategically expanding accounts while meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create tailored strategic account plans for each account.
  • Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders to foster advocacy and alignment on goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including CS, Product, and Legal to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Accurately document account activities, opportunities, and risks in the CRM to inform data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients (up to 3-4 weeks per year) to deepen relationships and gain insights into evolving needs.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience managing and selling into mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV), with a proven track record of driving growth through expansion across portfolios exceeding $1M ARR.
  • Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Experienced in reviewing and interpreting data trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and present actionable solutions.
  • Able to diagnose customer pain points and develop tailored solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Focused on achieving and surpassing growth and retention goals.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with CRM and reporting tools, with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a startup-like setting while navigating challenges with tact and composure.
