Product Engineer (New Grad) (Hsinchu)

What you will do

• Coordinate new product development activities from product definition and design through manufacturing, testing, characterization, qualification, and release.
• Collaborate with TME, DE, TD, TE, and RE engineering teams to evaluate risks and define comprehensive testing and qualification plans.
• Ensure products are thoroughly manufactured, characterized, and qualified for reliability and quality.
• Organize assignments and schedules to complete development tasks and projects efficiently.
• Analyze data and apply technical approaches to solve difficult product and process problems.

Requirements

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge or experience with analog and digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacturing, assembly processes, and IC testing processes.
• Familiarity with IC bench setup and testing.
• Strong statistical data analysis, problem-solving, logic, and schedule organization skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated approach and strong teamwork skills.
