Senior Product Engineer (Analog)

What you will do

• Develop characterization, qualification, and reliability strategies for new analog products.
• Design, build, and debug laboratory and automated test setups for final testing, validation, characterization, and qualification.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and factories to resolve design, fabrication, testing, supply-chain, yield, and manufacturing issues.
• Create qualification and reliability plans to ensure product robustness and long-term performance.
• Support failure analysis and customer returns with Applications, Design, and Quality Engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality, profitability, manufacturing yield, and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5–7.5 years of industry experience.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals, semiconductor device physics and processing, and the IC development lifecycle from concept through manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with bench laboratory equipment and the ability to evaluate design specifications and datasheets.
• Strong analytical, project leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Architectural knowledge of op amps, amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, and temperature sensors.
• Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, PCB layout, Confluence, Jira, or MS Project.
• ATE test development knowledge.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and formal problem-solving methods.
