Principal Product Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Drive product support and supply chain improvements for the Networking and Connectivity Solutions Business Unit.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve fab, packaging, test, supply chain, and system-related manufacturing issues.
• Lead foundry and assembly migrations, qualifications, and related technical activities.
• Represent the business unit in Asia by providing real-time support and guidance to regional teams.
• Address customer shortages and implement tactical and strategic supply chain improvements.
• Manage customer change processes, including PCNs, PPAPs, and qualification data, while improving product quality, cost, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Required knowledge of semiconductor packaging technology and semiconductor manufacturing flow.
• Experience in technical supply chain management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with individual contributors, directors, planning, customer support, R&D engineering, packaging, foundry management, and other stakeholders.
• Flexibility to communicate across different time zones.
