What you will do

• Support end-to-end New Product Introduction activities from development through mass production.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to ensure on-time product launches with minimal risk.
• Drive product qualification, characterization, and validation testing to ensure performance and reliability.
• Analyze product performance data to identify potential risks or gaps.
• Support reliability assessments and corrective actions during qualification phases.
• Ensure product manufacturability during production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience or fresh graduate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong interest in new product development and manufacturing.
