Location: New York - Park Avenue, United States

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 base salary per year, plus potential annual discretionary bonuses and long-term incentive programs for eligible employees.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the firm’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other key platforms.
• Manage editorial planning, publishing workflows, approvals, and social content calendars.
• Create platform-native copy, visual direction, campaign messaging, and multimedia content aligned with brand standards.
• Translate complex business and investment themes into engaging social storytelling with Marketing, Communications, and subject matter experts.
• Manage organic and paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, content amplification, and performance optimization.
• Monitor social metrics and audience insights, identify timely content opportunities, and improve social media processes and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in social media, preferably in financial services, media, professional services, or complex global organizations.
• Experience managing brand social channels and content strategies across major platforms.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong knowledge of social trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices.
• Strong organization, project management, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently across functions and geographies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with paid social strategy, social analytics platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
• Experience in financial services, media, professional services, or another complex global organization.
