Salary: $150,000–$300,000 annually

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s social identity, including voice, style, and tone, across platforms.
• Build hirify.global’s presence on multiple social platforms.
• Develop platform-specific social strategies based on audience behavior and channel dynamics.
• Translate company milestones and product launches into meaningful social content.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on content and strategy.
• Grow and eventually manage a small creative team as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building something real.
• Creative voice with the ability to adapt it across platforms and audiences.
• Experience building a social presence from the ground up.
• Experience creating beautiful, engaging content.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills and current understanding of how social platforms work.
