Salary: $146,000–$172,000 base salary per year, plus eligibility for hirify.global's equity plan

What you will do

• Lead the organic social strategy from ideation and drafting through publishing and measurement.
• Develop original social-native editorial formats, series, and content concepts.
• Translate product work, launches, demos, and interviews into platform-specific narratives.
• Build tools, content, and frameworks that enable employees to post consistently and authentically.
• Identify relevant conversations on platforms such as Reddit and LinkedIn and contribute hirify.global's perspective.
• Capture original footage from customer deployments and collaborate with the in-house film team on short-form launch content.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of how content performs across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex product ideas clearly.
• Ability to adapt ideas into multiple formats while preserving clarity and intent.
• Strong editorial judgment and a disciplined approach to measuring impact.
• Genuine interest in hirify.global's products and mission.
