Location: New York City, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base annually, plus meaningful equity

hirify.global is building a sports prediction market designed to make sports trading more open, efficient, and accessible to users.

What you will do

• Own social content strategy and editorial direction across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and Discord.
• Set hirify.global's voice, visual standards, content pillars, and publishing quality across brand channels.
• Manage and develop internal social sports journalists, producers, and contributors.
• Run editorial planning, series mapping, format ideation, and a consistent publishing cadence.
• Analyze platform and format performance to determine what to scale or discontinue.
• Create and publish real-time content around live events, breaking news, trends, creators, affiliates, professional teams, and collaborators.

Requirements

• Experience leading social content, editorial, and community operations.
• Ability to write, brief creative work, and execute content directly when needed.
• Strong understanding of sports culture, internet culture, social trends, and platform-native formats.
• Ability to manage teams, set priorities, provide feedback, and maintain a high publishing standard.
• Ability to work with performance data, social technology, data feeds, alerts, automations, and workflows.
• Availability for potential nights and weekends due to live sports coverage.
